We use metals (steel, brass, aluminum) combined with other high-quality materials, such as wood or technical fabrics, depending on the design. We always strive for durability, aesthetics, and functionality.
Most parts are delivered pre-assembled or with simple assembly (screws and fixings included). We indicate in the product information sheet if any minor assembly is required.
Yes, we offer customization options. If you need special sizes, different finishes, or customizations, please contact us at info@galarinadesign.com with your requirements (dimensions, intended use, etc.) and we will assess feasibility, cost, and timeframe.
Reissues are reinterpretations of original pieces or historic designs that we believe deserve a new lease on life; we produce these pieces with artisanal and sustainable standards. Newly created pieces are original designs developed by Galarina from scratch.
Choose the piece you like, select the available options (finish, size, color), add it to your cart, and follow the checkout process (information, address, payment method). We'll send you an email confirmation with your order details and then track delivery.
If your order has not yet been produced or packaged, we can modify or cancel it at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@galarinadesign.com with your order number and the changes you'd like.
Yes, we work on interior design, contract, and collaboration projects. If you need multiple units or special pieces for a project, please contact us at info@galarinadesign.com and we will be happy to assist you and provide you with a personalized quote.
We ship to most European countries and other international destinations. If your country isn't listed, please contact us and we'll assess its feasibility.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process, based on the destination, volume, and weight of the item. For large orders or projects, we can offer special shipping terms.
Shipping times depend on the country and the production status of the item. Typically, it takes between 7 and 15 business days for European destinations, and longer for distant destinations. We indicate the estimated delivery time on each product listing.
We carefully pack items in technical packaging, with interior protection (foam, reinforced cardboard, pallets if necessary) to ensure that the parts arrive in perfect condition.
Yes, as long as the piece arrives in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, you can request a return or exchange. For custom pieces, a special policy may apply (please inquire).
Return costs are normally borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
You have up to 14 calendar days from receipt of the package to request a return or exchange, provided the indicated conditions are met.
Yes, our parts are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. The standard warranty period is two years, unless otherwise indicated on the product information sheet.
Metals: Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive or acidic products.
Treated wood or surfaces: follow the specific recommendations that accompany each piece.
Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme humidity or adverse weather conditions.
We prioritize responsible processes: we select local suppliers whenever possible, optimize cuts and production to reduce waste, use highly durable materials, and develop packaging with recyclable and efficient materials.

We design and manufacture products to be durable, reducing their environmental impact throughout their entire life cycle, from production to waste management.
