These terms and conditions may be updated at any time by Septima Design without prior notice, and it is the Customer's responsibility to review them periodically. These conditions have been established in accordance with applicable current regulations.

To place an order through the Website, the customer must be of legal age (18 years or older). Minors are expressly excluded from making purchases on the website.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, making available to the public, transformation, assignment, or any other act of exploitation, in any online or offline format that has not been authorized by the rights holder, is strictly prohibited.

Delivery times vary depending on each of our products. This information is available on the product page, as we work with a wide range of luxury furniture, with custom manufacturing processes. Galarina is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies. However, Galarina will promptly inform the customer about potential delays, including those resulting from temporary factory closures or holidays, especially during the summer season.

2. Distribution Scope

The products offered in our online store are distributed only in the countries listed in the following authorized countries list:
Spain, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Denmark, Ireland, Croatia, Estonia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Greece, Switzerland, United States.
Galarina reserves the right to update this list of countries at any time.

3. Purchase Guarantees

Galarina has done everything possible to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, the color of products shown on screen may be subject to variations depending on the quality and configuration of the user's monitor. In this regard, Galarina cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor are fully representative of reality.

Offers, promotions, or special discounts are valid until the indicated date or until stocks are exhausted. Generally, discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Purchase Process

Customers wishing to purchase products must select them and add them to the shopping cart by clicking the corresponding button, "Add to Cart." The shopping cart will display the selected item, its name, image, unit price, quantity, and total price (VAT included, excluding shipping costs). At this stage, the customer must provide the delivery address and select the shipping method. Shipping costs will vary based on the selected delivery location and will be calculated before completing the purchase.

For credit or debit card payments, the charge will be processed online in real-time through a secure payment gateway once it has been verified that the provided information is correct. Galarina will not store or manage credit card data, as it is the responsibility of the payment gateway provider to ensure the transaction.

Order Confirmation

Once the transaction is confirmed, an order number will be provided via the website. Additionally, an email will be sent to the Customer with the order details and the provided personal data. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is correct. If the confirmation message is not received, it may be due to a typographical error or temporary issues with the communication network. In any of these cases, the Customer should contact our customer service team to verify the order status.

Galarina is not responsible for delays or inconveniences arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

6. Product Availability

All product orders are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or if the requested products are out of stock, Galarina reserves the right to provide information about alternative products of similar or superior characteristics and quality that you may choose to purchase or about the future availability of the requested item. If the Customer does not wish to order the suggested alternative products, Galarina will proceed to refund any amounts paid for the unavailable products, without generating any right to additional compensation.

7. Right to Modify and Cancel

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time, as well as to remove or modify any material or content on the same. Although Galarina will strive to process all orders to the best of our ability, exceptional circumstances may arise that compel us to refuse to process an order even after the corresponding confirmation has been sent.

Galarina will not be liable to you or to third parties for the removal of any product from this website, regardless of whether such product has already been sold or not, nor for the removal or modification of any material or content available on the website.

8. Currency and Taxes

The prices of products on this website are displayed in euros (€). The Customer will always know the final price and the detailed features of the products offered before proceeding with the purchase, as all this information is clearly presented on the website. Value Added Tax (VAT) will be calculated according to the applicable rate in the destination country of the order.

9. Product Warranty

In general, unless expressly stated otherwise, all products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of two years, in accordance with current legislation. To exercise a warranty claim, it is necessary to present the purchase invoice, which will be included in the shipment of your order. The warranty does not cover travel expenses, or defects resulting from impacts, scratches, improper use, or normal wear and tear of materials.
