The shipment of purchased items will be carried out via the carrier contracted by Galarina. The estimated delivery time will be the one indicated at the time of purchase. To avoid delivery issues—such as incorrect addresses or the inability to reach someone at the delivery address—it is imperative that the Customer complete the appropriate form, including a contact telephone number. Likewise, the Customer must provide all relevant information to facilitate effective delivery, including, but not limited to, the absence of an elevator in multi-story buildings, the dimensions of building entrances, and any other detail that might affect delivery, especially in the case of large-sized products.
At Galarina, we strive to offer you a satisfying shopping experience. The estimated time to receive your product may vary depending on the nature of the item ordered. For lamps, the manufacturing and delivery time is 30 days from order confirmation, whereas for other products the estimated time is 60 days—this latter timeframe applies when no stock is available. For items that are in stock, the delivery time will depend on the Customer’s destination and the selected shipping method.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond Galarina’s control, such as material availability, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We are committed to keeping you informed about your order status and any potential changes to delivery times.

All deliveries will be made door to door, except in cases where the functional characteristics of the property do not allow a person to deliver at the specified address. In such cases, delivery will be made to the building’s street entrance, unless the Customer specifies otherwise in advance and arranges for special shipping. Special shipping may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the Customer.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide all pertinent information to ensure correct delivery. Shipping charges are subject to variation based on the destination and will be communicated to the Customer before purchase completion. Deliveries to residences with difficult access may incur additional fees. Delivery will be carried out by a third party on behalf of Galarina.
In the event that products are damaged during transport, the Customer must note any defects on the delivery receipt provided by the carrier. Galarina commits to repairing or replacing defective products as soon as possible in accordance with our returns policy and terms. Failure to note any observations at the time of delivery will be interpreted as full acceptance and approval of the received product.
If the Customer is not available at the time of delivery, it may be necessary to reschedule the delivery, which could incur additional costs. For any questions or assistance regarding the delivery process, the Customer may contact Galarina’s customer service.
