Shipping and Returns

All deliveries will be made door-to-door, except in cases where the practical characteristics of the building prevent delivery to the specified address. In such cases, delivery will be made to the street level unless the Customer specifies this in advance and arranges for special shipping. Special shipping may incur additional charges that will be communicated to the Customer.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide all relevant information to ensure that delivery is made correctly. Shipping costs are subject to variation based on the destination and will be communicated to the Customer before completing the purchase. Deliveries to homes with restricted or limited access may incur additional costs. The delivery will be made by a third party on behalf of Galarina.

In the event that products are damaged during transportation, the Customer must note any defects on the delivery receipt provided by the carrier. Galarina is committed to repairing or replacing defective products as quickly as possible, in accordance with the return policies and terms. The absence of notes or remarks from the Customer at the time of delivery will be interpreted as full acceptance and satisfaction with the product received. 

In the case that the Customer is not available at the time of delivery, it may be necessary to reschedule the delivery, which could incur additional costs. For any questions or assistance related to the delivery process, the Customer can contact Galarina’s customer service. 

Refund and Return Policy

Galarina offers a refund within the first 14 days from the receipt of the product. If 14 days have passed since the receipt of the item, no refund will be offered. The Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. 

Galarina reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned products have been received and inspected. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. 

Eligibility for refunds:
• Complete a refund form.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
• Only regular-priced items can be refunded; discounted items are not eligible for a refund.

Return process: Once Galarina receives and inspects your return, an email will be sent to notify the Customer that the returned item has been received. The Customer will also be informed of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original payment method.

Shipping, returns, and exchanges: Products must be sent to the address Carrer Indústria, 8, 08349 Cabrera de Mar, Barcelona. Customers will be responsible for paying transportation costs to return an item. Only the product cost will be refunded (excluding shipping costs). Depending on the Customer’s location, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

Late or missing refunds: If the Customer has not received a refund, it is recommended to first check their bank account. Then, contact their credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If this has all been done and the refund has not yet been received, please contact us at shipping@galarinadesign.com.

IMPORTANT: The right of withdrawal will not apply in the following cases: for products or furniture that have been custom-made at the Customer's request (including choice of finish, size, or color different from the standards provided by Galarina) and for orders of custom-made items.
